What is your factory delivery time?
Normally, 25days for one 40HQ and 20days for one 20FT. Also depends on materials status.
Can you make the mattress as per my needs ?
Sure, we can produce different kinds of mattress according to your requests as: Material,color, size, pattern etc.

Vacuum packing in pallet, box or bag
We offer mattress in box or bag, and vacuum into wooden pallet

What is your terms of payment?
By TT, LC or cash.
Payment 30% deposit,70% balance before shipping(can be negotiated)
Can I have A sample order?
Sure, we could provide free samples, but you should pay the sample fee first. We will refund the sample cost when you order in bulk in the future.
Can you take custom orders? OEM or ODM orders?
Yes, we can. Custom orders are always popular, as well as OEM and ODM.

How long does it take for a rolling mattress to recover?
Since we use professional rolling machine to compress and roll. The spring, foam and fabric will change its shape a little. When you open it, it will recover 90% in 24 hours. After 7 to 10 days, the mattress will fully recover.
